Fantastic receptionist, great customer service , welcoming morning buffet staff, and the best shuttle bus service available every 30 minutes. The room was neat and clean. It had all the amenities and toiletries .The room service was excellent. Hotel shuttle bus service from the airport is on departure level . Just exit gate number 4 and wait for your bus. Or contact the hotel before your arrival and ask them of the bus license plate number. This place is about 1.5 hours away from the city center by train, depending on where you're going.

Great hotel, close to the airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the airport. There is a bus from the airport every 30 minutes. From the airport, the shuttle departs from the 4th floor, exit 4. The staff is pleasant and helpful. When I checked in, they gave me a flower. So cute! The room was large and quite luxurious, with a switch by the bed to open and close the curtains, an automatic flush toilet and a heated toilet seat ) Good sound insulation, I didn't hear any planes. Tasty breakfast. The hotel is perfect for an overnight stay during a transfer.

It's a satisfactory stay with fair price, near to Daxing airport and a recommended choice of accommodation for people who arrive in the airport late or have an early departure. I was received by Mike Zhang and Max Liu, and they were very friendly and helping, but also the two female staff I had met the next morning while checking out, who I don't really know about their names. The only drawback is that the room is a bit too much overheated, it was quite hot. But overall it's a nice stay.

The hotel was clean and had a shuttle bus to take you to and from the airport every 30 mins. You can go to the city from the airport, it takes 5 mins from the hotel to the airport by the shuttle bus and then there you can take metro or bus if you are on a budget to each the city. It takes 30 mins by bus and metro to reach the Heaven;s palace near the forbidden city. The stuff was very friendly and always trying to help, they have a small translator decide to help with communication. The service was at high level.

At first day arrived hotel I didn’t have Chinese money and app i could not buy train tickets online and also I need to book taxi as well ,manager Melo straight away told me , “don’t worry, I can help you “ he is a really warm person, , I think he makes whole Hilton stunning! Thats why I did come back stay in Hilton garden again ! Hotel breakfast is good too!

5* Location, new facility, super quiet and very convenient 24*7 shuttle bus at no cost. There is a shuttle to and from Daxing Airport terminal. When you arrive at the airport terminal, you can wait at Gate 4, 4th Floor, Daxing Airport Terminal, and call the front desk which you can find from booking.com. The bus arrives in a few minutes. All drivers, staff are very friendly. You can also order take aways at late night to be delivered to the hotel, and send to your room by robot. My son was amazed.

The communication beforehand, the shuttle service and in particular the private lift given to the airport when the woman behind the reception thought that the shuttle would take too long for me to be in time for my flight. The service was amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, spaciousness of the room, the proximity to the airport. Ine of the best stays ever. Thank you so much. I hope to be back one day.

Massive bedrooms and fantastic shower. Bed was extremely comfortable. I also loved that I could pay with visa as being in China comes with its own issues. A solid night sleep helped make my transit traveling experience bearable. The free airport shuttle and 12pm checkout was also a great addition to making my journey more enjoyable

I loved everything about the hotel. The atmosphere, the fragrance of the rooms, the staff (Max, Skylay, Jason, Tinge and another lady I can't recall her name), the waiters and the meals served at the restaurant did it for me 100% Thank you, Hilton Garden, for your warm reception as well.

Very comfortable hotel for stopover. There is a shuttle bus from the airport, 5-10 minutes drive. Room is spacious and comfortable. The bed is excellent. In the evening the hotel restaurant doesn’t work but there is a restaurant in 200m to the right. Breakfast is awesome! Very rich, delicious and for any taste. The personnel is helpful and friendly. Many thanks to them!
